The Health o meter 550KL Pediatric Scale is a professional dual purpose scale designed to weigh babies and toddler patients in a stable, comfortable position.  The scale is lightweight and battery powered (9V battery included).  The Health o meter 550KL pediatric scale is suitable for practices or for visiting nurses.

The removable plastic tray and step-on platform is easy to clean, which is idea for sterile environments.  Once you remove the plastic tray, the “step-on” portion is exposed, which allows a toddler to stand on the scale to be weighed.  The lb/kg lockout feature locks the weight in the display so the caregiver can attend to patient before recording the weight. The 550KL digital scale has a Tare function which allows the user to subtract the weight of a diaper or blanket from the infant’s weight. In addition, the optional eBABYHR digital, baby-height rod simply snaps onto the scale, making this a comprehensive weighing and measuring device.
