The Health o meter 553KG baby scale has a large, stable weighing tray with raised edges for comfort and safety. The 553KG is Health o meter’s most popular infant scale.  The scale weighs in kilograms, which display in the 1″ LCD readout. With its built-in measuring tape, the Health o meter 553KG baby scale measures babies up to 58 cm; and the scale features motion sensing technology. The scale has Waterproof On/Off, Delete, Zero/Clear (Tare), and Hold/Release buttons, as well as auto-off, auto-zero and low-battery indicator. The Health o meter 553KG baby scale is powered by 6 AA batteries that are included with every scale. The scale can also operate with the optional ADPT30 power adapter that is available.

The Health o meter 553KG baby fits in the 553CASE, which is available separately to transport the scale in the field. The optional 553KGEHR digital baby measuring rod or the 553KGHR mechanical measuring rod simply snaps onto the scale to make this a comprehensive weighing and measuring device.
